What causes it?

Disorders of orgasm in men is caused by several factors, namely:
Physical factors of central nervous system diseases, namely multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's, Huntington's Chorea, and lumbar sympathectomy.
Factors that tricyclic antidepressants drugs, monoamine oxidase inhibitors.
Psychological factors are anxiety, fear and boredom impregnate their partners.

"To overcome barriers to orgasm because of illness, the cause must be addressed first, while the use of drugs to tackle the cause, these drugs should be stopped, and to overcome barriers to orgasm because it causes psychological, behavioral therapy is needed," concludes Dr. Andri.
