1. Avoid emotional eating

3. Stretch
Stretching before bed like doing some basic yoga movements can make the muscles relax and helps the body get bedtime as needed.

4. Reduce the light
Sleeping environment dark or not light is the key to get a good night's sleep so that the balance of hormones in the body is awake and help you lose weight. For that use lamps with lower wattage and avoid exposure to light from outside.
