Foods that Cause Cancer Digestive System

According to Dr. Dawn, a lifestyle that often lead to cancer is the lack of exercise and unhealthy eating patterns. In cancer of the digestive system, eating very important role in the development of cancer arising in the digestive organs such as stomach, liver, intestine and pancreas.

Here are the types of foods that trigger the risk of cancer of the digestive system:

A. Heterocyclic Amines (HCAs)
Heterocyclic amines or HCAs are chemical compounds that come from meat processed or cooked at high temperatures. Meat cooked until it changes color to black contains HCAs.

Dr Dawn fans warned to broil or other grilled dishes to observe the temperature and cooking time. Eating meat nearly charred or burnt can cause cancer have digestive systems.

2. Foods Rich in Fat
Foods that are rich in fat can increase the production of bile acids. Bile acids are corrosive and can cause gastrointestinal infections. As a result, can cause tissue to grow out of control and lead to colon cancer.

3. Acrylamide
Acrylamide is a chemical in the form of granules or liquid crystals are widely used in the manufacture of paper and plastic. Effects of these compounds in the body can damage the cell nucleus adalab body.

Acrylamide can be formed in foods when frying or boiling food in high temperature. Frying food in hot cooking oil are increasingly used repeatedly raised the risk of acrylamide content.

4. Formalin
Formalin or formaldehyde has been classified as a material that can lead to cancer in humans (carcinogen) by the International Agency for Research on Cancer.
