Horse milk Efficacious for Tuberculosis and Cancer Patients

Jakarta, horse milk is not common in comparison with cow's milk, but based on research, mare's milk contains a lot of benefits especially for patients with tuberculosis (TB or TB) and cancer patients.

Scientists in Kazakhstan plans to develop a series of horse milk-based products, a traditional drink in countries of Central Asia which can help calm people suffering from tuberculosis.

Professor Yuri Sinyasky of the Kazakh National Nutrition Academy said that the mare's milk contains vital nutrients that can help cancer patients recover from chemotherapy.

"Milk is a horse has a high stimulant properties and boost the immune system, so it can be used as the basis of these products," said Prof. Yuri Sinyasky, as reported by indianexpress, Monday (04/23/2012).

Horses play a central role in national culture and Kazakhstan are traditional nomadic neighbors, such as Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia and Turkmenistan.

Mustache or fermented mare's milk is a popular traditional drink and horse meat is widely eaten.

Many scientists say that the mare's milk can be compared to milk (breast milk) in terms of better nutrition and may be used as food for humans than cow's milk.

According to Prof. Sinyasky, pasta recipes and liquid products with milk ingredients horses and goats will be developed in late 2012 and will generate new products within three years.

"These products will specifically be used to support primary medical therapy used in patients," he said.
